Aerobics

The word aerobic means with oxygen. Aerobic exercise
is any repetitive activity that you do long enough and hard enough to challenge your heart and lungs.

The sessions are designed with varied, fun and challenging moves to upbeat and motivational music. With regular attendance as well as watching what you eat you can drastically change the shape of your body, fitness levels and health, which in turn will make you feel better about yourself and the benefits can last for the rest of your life.
